This 6-panel exhibit in the lobby of the YMCA’s main downtown facility highlights the YMCA’s history over the last 150 years and relates that heritage to broader themes in both local and national history. It additionally includes interpretation of the various locations used by the YMCA over that period and how those locations are a reflection of the physical growth of Syracuse and Onondaga County. Several programs and key individuals associated with the YMCA over the last three centuries are also explored. (Available during regular YMCA hours)
